New blog in Armenian from Civil Society

A new blog has been established called “ՔԱՂԱՔԱՑԻԱԿԱՆ ՀԱՐՑԵՐ” or “Civic Issues.”  Pavstos Andooni is writing and asking questions from Armenia’s civil society.
